About Me
Hi, my name is Emerson and I’m an animator from the Bay Area now living in LA. I grew up watching the chaotic-absurd-1940s Warner Bros and MGM cartoon shorts — I still wish to be a Looney Tunes character living in a world ruled by cartoon physics.
I was introduced to the world of animating as a kid from playing with the family camera and box of Legos, and eventually, I started learning 2D and 3D animation. Throughout my education at San Jose State University, I found myself loving everything about 3D; including the bad topology, broken rigs, and noisy renders. After graduation, I moved to LA and worked on dream projects like The Mandalorian, Ahsoka, Loki, and many more.
